Labour Education Centre is looking to fill the role of a Cleaner Position in Ajax, Ontario. Interested applicants are encouraged to send an email with an attached résumé to [email protected] today.

The Cleaner will be responsible for:

Cleaning duties including but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing and detailed cleaning of the following areas:

Lobbies
Elevators
Lounges
Laundry rooms
Fitness rooms
Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges)
Other duties as required

There may be opportunities to be cross-trained in various other skill-sets. This is a physically demanding role where safety rules must be followed. Experience is an asset and training will be provided.

A satisfactory reference check, criminal records clearance, and proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 are required for the position, though the Company will provide any accommodation required by law.
