Penguin Basements is currently seeking the right individuals to fill an immediate need for a Construction General Labourer to work onsite and support our Planning and Construction teams. We are looking for someone to join our fast paced and ever growing team. If you are energetic, positive and hardworking, this could be the position for you. We will be looking for someone who can work on the tools, want to grow in the construction industry and entrepreneurial in mindset. Our primary focus is customer and employee satisfaction. We are offering a great compensation package based on experience.

Our team of general labourers are the heart of Penguin Basements. You would be learning from some of the most skilled Site Supervisors, Carpenters, Electricians and Project Managers in Canada with plenty of room to grow. Having an eye for detail, and being careful and reliable are qualities that we look for in this role.

Requirements

What we need from you:

• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects; minimum 50lbs
• High school degree
• Must have own vehicle
• Must have G2 license
• Strong English, organization and communication skills
• Able to work flexible days and hours
