This program offers its support through:

• Phone 

  • Participants at the very least will need to have access to a phone to receive wrap around supports

• Virtual counselling and instruction via Zoom (Online) 

  • Counselling will be conducted through 1:1 to ensure privacy

  • Instructional sessions will be conducted both individually and in groups 

• Webinars featuring guest speakers

  • Guest speakers will include experts in the field of food security, housing support services, domestic violence issues, immigrant and newcomer services, LGBTQ2S services, mental health and addictions, legal support services, healthy self-esteem, financial literacy, life skills and conflict resolution
