Fundraising
Many unions are eager to set up education, training and adjustment programs but lack the financial and staff resources to do so. For these unions, help with fundraising can be the first step toward beginning important new programs.
Since 1987, LEC has negotiated millions of dollars from government, foundations, and employers for our own organization and for affiliates. We are experts at writing proposals and negotiating with program funding representatives. We write proposals on behalf of LEC, an affiliate, or group of affiliates. Our partnerships with colleges, universities, and other organizations strengthen our proposals and earn us a reputation for innovative programs.
