Our experienced staff offer the following services to help you get back into the workforce.
- A drop-in resource centre with free access to computers where you can surf the net, work on your resume, print, fax and e-mail employers, job postings, education and training and community service materials
- Regular workshops on Resume Preparation, Handling Job Interviews, Setting Your Goals, Networking and Researching the Labour Market, and workshops on the Ontario Second Career Programme.
- Assistance with accessing Employment Ontario programmes along with community support services.
- Assisted job search and job development services for those facing difficulty in finding work.
How do I access services from the Labour Education Centre?
Our “drop-in” resource centre is open Monday to Friday (except stat holidays) from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
